Who are we? I thought you would never ask! We are a group of EMS and Security professionals with a goal of providing a one stop shop for all of your convention public safety needs. At conventions, we refer to ourselves as the "Response Team" or "RT" for short... which is much better to hear over a radio as well. Would you rather hear "I need medical and security to the ballroom" or would you rather hear... "I need all RT members to the ballroom" Seriously, which one of those would make congoers panic?

We are NOT an exclusive group. Anyone can join. They just have to meet a few simple requirements and have a face-to-face interview with one of our founding members and that's about it. Our organization is NON-PROFIT and members do work at the conventions on a voluntary basis. We usually even pay for our own rooms (unless the con decides to pay as a present - which we don't mind) so please do not ask to join with the idea that you will be getting free con admission or a free room at the con or payment in any shape or form.
